About OakTree College

OakTree College is an independent coeducational senior secondary school in West Footscray.

We support young people aged 15 to 20 through flexible senior secondary pathways, practical learning, strong wellbeing support and opportunities to build confidence for life beyond school.

Our approach is student-centred, inclusive and focused on building practical skills, independence and resilience. We work with each student to understand their needs and create a supportive learning environment where they can thrive.

Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC)

The Victorian Pathways Certificate helps students build foundation skills for everyday life, further learning and employment. At OakTree College, VPC learning is practical and supportive, helping students strengthen communication, numeracy, confidence, teamwork and readiness for future pathways.

VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM)

The VCE Vocational Major supports students through practical and applied learning connected to training, work and future employment. Students build skills through Literacy, Numeracy, Personal Development Skills and Work Related Skills, with opportunities to connect learning to real life and future pathway planning.

Career Preparation
