School Hours & Attendance
Student Arrival: 9:00am
Warning Bell: 9:10am
Session 1: 9:15am – 10:30am
Recess: 10:30am – 10:50am
Session 2: 10:50am – 12:00pm
Lunch: 12:00pm - 12:40pm
Session 3: 12:40pm – 2:00pm
Afternoon Break: 2:00pm – 2:10pm
Session 4: 2:10pm – 2:45pm
Student departure: 3:00pm
Attendance & Absences
Students are expected to attend regularly and arrive on time so they can participate fully in learning and support activities.
If a student is absent or running late, parents and carers should notify the College by phone, SMS, or email as soon as possible.

Transport & Access
OakTree College provides school transport support where available and where arrangements are confirmed by the College. Transport is subject to confirmation and availability.
Meals & Food Support
OakTree College provides meal support to help students feel ready to learn and participate. Meals are provided every school day and are available to all students.
Clothing & Uniform
Students are expected to dress in a way that is safe, respectful and suitable for learning activities. OakTree College provides guidance about clothing and presentation expectations during enrolment
Dress Code
Details of the dress code and uniform expectations are provided to all students and families at enrolment.
Uniform Support
Uniform support may be available for students who need it. Please contact the College if you require assistance with uniform provision.

OakTree College supports safe and respectful phone use during the school day. Students are expected to follow school guidelines so phones do not interrupt learning, well-being, or participation.
